Single mum looking to team up with another parent (or family-friendly housemate) to secure a rental, preferably in the Redcliffe area.

I have one young child with me 50% of the time and two older step children who may visit very occasionally. Prefer to stay reasonably close to Redcliffe due to school, medical appointments and my son's dad etc. I have excellent rental references and am looking for someone reliable who is also finding it tough to secure an affordable rental on their own.

Ideally I'd love to find another single parent so we can share the costs of a larger/dual living home while still giving our kids a stable place to live, but I'm open to discussing different arrangements with the right person.

Looking at areas including Redcliffe, Kippa-Ring, Margate, Clontarf, Woody Point, Scarborough and may consider surrounding suburbs.
