Hi there.

My name is Eric. I am a 23 year old Chemical Engineer moving to Perth from Melbourne for work. I am looking for a nice room to settle into when I arrive in late June.

I am quiet, clean, organised and friendly. I get along with people pretty well, but mostly keep to my own space. I spend most of my time at work, the gym or otherwise out and about.

I am a non-smoker and do not have any pets. However, I do have a partner in Melbourne who I would like to have visit me once a month for about two weeks at a time. Her name is Alex. She is sweet.

My schedule will be pretty predictable. I will work in the office 5 days a week. My hobbies include reading, playing the guitar, and running / lifting.

I am happy to introduce myself further via video call. Unfortunately, I am unable to attend viewings in person as I am presently based in Melbourne.
