Heyyy I’m Dan, 32, from New Zealand (another one 😂) currently looking for a room in Perth, preferably north of the river (anything from Fremantle, up to Scarborough & across to the CBD) . Im currently staying with family but want to move in ASAP.
A bit about me — I’m a Tradie who’s clean, tidy, easygoing/chill natured and respectful. I enjoy the beach, gym/crossfit, sports and generally anything outdoors staying active. I’m easy to live with (no drama, clean up after myself, reliable with rent.). Also a non-smoker & only drink occasionally.
During the working week, potentially not even home until 7-7.30pm but often keen to have a beer/eat dinner or watch a TV Show together with the flatmates before bed.
I’m perfectly open to a house share with 2-4 other people around my age (20s-30s) as I don’t know many people here & Im always down to meet new people
