Looking for one person to co lease with. Similar price as renting a room in some areas and get more space. Ideally would like to “split” a 4 bedroom + house so each have 2 bedrooms,own bathroom and own living area. Essentially just share a kitchen and laundry. Myself and 1 yr old who really value our own space and privacy.
Am also open to renting a 1 or 2 bed house/unit etc or a large unfurnished room where we also have our own small living area and bathroom.
