Hi! I'm Yulia, 18, and moving to Wollongong in November (Summer intake) to continue my bachelor’s at uow.
I'm looking for a clean, friendly, and respectful share house to call home. I’m easy-going, tidy, and considerate of other people's space. I enjoy being social and getting to know my housemates, but I also appreciate downtime and a peaceful home environment.

Outside of uni, I love reading, hiking, surfing (just starting), beach walks, exploring cafes, making matcha, and staying active at the gym. I also enjoy cooking and am always up for a coffee run, movie night, or a good chat.

I'm responsible with rent and bills, keep shared spaces clean, and always do my part around the house. I'm hoping to find a place with good people, a positive atmosphere, and a balance between socialising and personal space.
