I am Sandra. I’m an international student looking for a room near University of Wollongong from July 2026.

A little about what I’m looking for:
• Move in date : Mid week of June to First week of July
• Budget: around $150–$250 per week (flexible for the right place)
• Preferably a furnished room
• Female household with respectful housemates
• Easy access to UOW and public transport
• Clean, safe, and friendly environment
• Long-term stay preferred
• Basic utilities required as well

A bit about me: I’m tidy, respectful, non-smoking, and easy to get along with. I’ll be focused on my studies and will do my part to keep shared spaces clean and comfortable. I am basically looking for a home than an accommodation.
