Hi, I’m Ruby, I’m currently looking for a long-term studio, granny flat, or self-contained space to call home. I have a solid rental history and pride myself on understanding and upholding being a reliable, respectful, and easy-going tenant.

I’m clean, responsible, and take good care of the property I live in. I enjoy having a peaceful, comfortable home environment, maintaining a very tidy, organised space. I live a pretty quiet lifestyle when I’m not working or studying, I’m usually spending time with friends or family. I’m financially responsible, value open communication, and always aim to be considerate of neighbours and those around me.
