Hi there! My name is Sol, and I'm looking for a room here on the Sunshine Coast.

I'm a mature woman originally from Brisbane, and pretty much the perfect housemate. I am quiet, clean, respectful, keep to myself mostly, kind, & honest. I do have one little cat - Mysty, she is about 1 years old and was a foster. She is extremely well behaved, quiet, and very attached to me :p Follows me everywhere, and tends to be very shy.

I have recently moved from an old unit to a new granny flat which I have since discovered is basically not habitable, not up to code, and has been a mistake to move into along with extremely aggressive housemates; and as such am flexible on move-in dates/looking for somewhere these coming weeks/months/asap. I am hopeful for a decent sized room or somewhat of my own space, even a self contained granny flat or something alike, as peace & privacy are very important to me. It would be amazing to find somewhere with just a small space for storage also, as I do have some heavy duty storage tubs with things in them - but would only need a 1m x 2m sort of space for this. Fine if not - will be renting a storage shed.

I have my own bedroom furniture, and a computer desk. Budget can be around $250-$350 approx (I have been paying $365 here), preferably bills included on the latter end but am flexible.
