A Little About Me & the Home I’m Looking For 🏡

Hi, my name is Jasmine. I’m 32 years old and a devoted born-again follower of Jesus Christ. My faith is an important part of my life, and I value creating a home that reflects kindness, respect, peace and consideration for others.

I work across two roles in the beauty therapy and training industries, balancing part-time and full-time work. I keep busy with my work, church and social life, and I value coming home to a peaceful, comfortable environment where we can both relax and recharge.

I’m friendly, considerate and easygoing, and I love creating a home that feels comfortable, safe and welcoming. I’m respectful of shared spaces, clean up after myself and believe good communication is key to living together harmoniously. I enjoy having a chat, building friendships and sharing a laugh, while also respecting everyone’s need for personal space, quiet time and downtime.

Room Preferences: I’m ideally looking for an unfurnished bedroom, as I have my own bedroom furniture. Built-in wardrobes are a must, as having adequate storage space is important to me.
I am leaning more towards a granny flat or 1 bedroom private bath and such type living as I’m more to myself and quite safe place to be and walking on eggshells

The Housemate I’m Hoping to Find 🤍

I’m looking for a friendly, considerate and respectful housemate who shares similar values and would love to create a peaceful, comfortable home together. Ideally, I’d love to build a genuine friendship and create a home that has a warm, family-like atmosphere where we both feel safe, secure and at ease.

A few things that are important to me:

Faith and values: Ideally, I’m hoping to live with another Christian woman, although I’m open to the right person regardless of their beliefs. My Christian faith and values are very important to me, and I’d love to share a home with someone who respects and appreciates the way I choose to live.

Kindness and communication: Someone who is kind, considerate and respectful, with good communication skills and a mature, understanding approach to resolving any disagreements or issues that may arise.

Peaceful living: Someone who is mindful of noise and considerate of others, especially when it comes to maintaining a quiet and relaxing home environment. More so quite at night time as night time is my time to wine down and relax at home. No party house.

Cleanliness and shared responsibilities: Someone who is clean, tidy and happy to clean up after themselves, return things to where they belong and treat shared spaces with consideration. I believe good housemate etiquette and sharing responsibilities fairly make a big difference.

Pet-friendly: I have a wonderful cat named Archie who loves cuddles! 🐱 It’s important to me that he has a safe, loving and comfortable home. He is okay with calm dogs, although I’m unsure how he would go with other cats.

Location and Living Arrangements 📍

I’m ideally looking for a longer-term living arrangement in Adelaide’s western or southern suburbs, as these areas suit my work, church and social life.

Ultimately, I’d love to find someone who is on a similar wavelength and values a home that feels peaceful, safe, respectful and welcoming. Somewhere we can both relax, be ourselves, build a genuine friendship and enjoy a comfortable home life.
