Hi! My name is Walter (my friends call me Manu), I'm 31 years old, and I'm originally from Peru.

I'm a professional music producer and songwriter. Currently, I work in the hospitality industry, which keeps my routine very structured and organized. Alongside this, I am transitioning my focus to my music production and artist development business here in Sydney.

When I’m not working, I love sports—I play table tennis, watch football (soccer) and hockey, and keep active. I’m also a big fan of space science, astrophotography, pop culture, and cooking.

I am looking for a peaceful, clean, and respectful share house where everyone can rest and recharge. Since I am methodical and focused on my projects, I highly value personal space and boundaries, though I’m always up for a friendly chat or a casual coffee at home.

As a singer, I do practice my vocals, but I limit it strictly to 1 hour a day during respectful daytime hours to ensure it never disturbs anyone. I prefer to arrange my own meals and always clean up immediately after myself. I'm looking for a furnished room to move into around the first weeks of September.
