Hi, I’m Derek – a full-time working professional who enjoys a good balance of home life and getting out and about. When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me catching up with friends, grabbing a coffee by the beach, going for a walk, or exploring somewhere new.

I’ve lived in share houses in both Sydney and Melbourne, so I understand the importance of being considerate, communicative, and respectful of shared spaces. I’m clean, tidy, and always happy to do my part to keep the household running smoothly.

I’m a big foodie who loves cooking at home and, if the vibe is right, enjoy sharing a meal or entertaining housemates and friends from time to time. That said, I’m equally respectful of people’s privacy and personal space and appreciate a home where everyone feels comfortable doing their own thing.
