My name is Christin, and I am moving from overseas to Wollongong next month for the July university intake to start my postgraduate studies at UOW.

I am looking for looking for a quiet, clean, and comfortable private room (ideally with an ensuite or dedicated bathroom) to call home.

I am a responsible, non-smoking, and very tidy person who values a peaceful living environment. I don't have any pets and prefer a relaxed household where everyone respects each other’s space and study schedules. Because of my course load, I will be spending a majority of my time at home studying or on campus, so I'm looking for a stable, unit with a minimum stay of 6 months atleast

I have my finances fully arranged for the move and am ready to secure the bond and rent as soon as the right place comes up. I'd love to organize a quick WhatsApp video walkthrough of any available rooms. Looking forward to meeting some great flatmates!
