I’m a 22 year old Canadian who is a pretty chill and low-maintenance housemate. I work a lot (kitchen shifts) so I keep to myself but I’m tidy, respectful of shared spaces, and always clean up after myself. I’m good with pets (I love cats and dogs), pay rent on time, and I’m quiet but friendly when it’s time to chat. I like to read, run, cycle and gym a lot. I don’t party much and I respect boundaries — if something needs doing I’ll pitch in without being asked. Basically, I just want a peaceful place to live while I focus on work and uni which I will be starting up in Ultimo in about a month.
