Hi all! Wayne here. I'm a 31-year-old from Ireland, brand new to WA.
I’ve just signed a contract for a full-time job in Perth working early shifts (5:00 AM – 3:00 PM, Mon–Fri), so I'll be out of your hair during the day and keep a reliable, steady routine.
About me as a housemate:
I'm clean, tidy, and respectful of other people's time, space, and privacy. I am definitely looking for a relaxed, non-party house where everyone can unwind. I’m a very social, easy-going guy - not a big drinker at all, but always well up for a few quiet pints on the weekend, a shared meal, or a good chat.
My downtime:
I love staying active and plan on joining a local running club, gym, and football team once I settle. When I'm not out training, you'll usually find me relaxing with a good book.

Budget: Around $300 p/w (flexible)
Location: Ideally Scarborough or surrounding coastal suburbs
Move-in date: Ready from Monday, June 29th. Open to short-term sublets or long-term leases!
