Jay and Sue

Hi there! We are Jay and Sue from South Korea.

We are both currently working and looking to relocate closer to Brisbane so we can cut down on travel time and enjoy city life more often on our days off.
In our downtime, we love cooking, watching movies, exploring local food spots, and taking photos. We are quiet, tidy, and very respectful tenants who take great care of the space we live in.

What we are looking for:

• Type: A granny flat or an entire house/unit

• Lease/Bills: All bills included preferred (water, electricity, internet)

• Kitchen & A/C: Air conditioning is essential, along with a functional kitchen with enough space to cook comfortably

• Parking: An off-street or dedicated parking spot (we have a car)

• Pets: Strictly cat-free indoors due to a cat hair allergy

• Visitors: Occasional short visits—my family plans to visit from Korea for a brief stay next year, so a place where a guest is welcome would be ideal
