Hi, I’m looking for a place in North Parramatta or Carlingford from around first week of Aug for about 6 months as I settle into my new workplace. I will be splitting time between Syd and Brissy so there will be weeks where I won't be around. My main house is still Brisbane.

Preferably looking for a room that's furnished with own or ensuite bathroom.

A bit about me:

I work full time as a chartered accountant. My partner will be visiting from time to time, staying overnight or a few days when he visits, so I would like somewhere that accomodates this.

I love to cook and bake, so you will not be hungry 😅 I’m tidy, I respect privacy, and I’m happy to socialise and go with the flow of the house. I'm mostly going to be busy though, as I settle into a new project.
