Hi there! I’m Kailum, a full-time Business Development Manager in the commercial finance sector. I’m looking for a reliable, long-term studio or self-contained space to call home.

The Setup:
I am a proud dad to two energetic, well-behaved young boys (aged 2 and 5) who stay with me on a regular, part-time basis. When they are under my roof, our routine is very structured, focused on quality time, and we treat our living space with total respect. When they are with their mum, the space becomes a quiet, low-key environment for my work and personal routines.
What I’m looking for:
I’m looking for a self-contained studio or granny flat where I can balance my professional life and family time seamlessly. I’m incredibly respectful of boundaries, privacy, and property, and I'm looking for a landlord or lead tenant who values the same.
I’m in a position to move quickly, have excellent references ready to go, and can secure the right place with a deposit immediately.
