I'm a 21-year-old woman who works admin full time in North Strathfield.

I am looking for a studio apartment or share house. This needs to be within a 10-15 minute walking radius of Strathfield Station on the (Everton Road side) or North Strathfield station.

My available times for inspection:
Mon-Thurs 5pm onwards
Friday 4pm onwards
Saturday free every second weekend
Sunday anytime

I always keep my stuff in my room and any shared area will be kept clean. I will be friendly if other tenants would like to get to know me.

I like to cook or go out to try all types of foods. I enjoy artistic interests like playing guitar or thrifting. I mainly spend my time in my room watching shows or playing videogames. Or out at work and sometimes with friends in the city.
