Hi everyone! My friend and I are looking for a reliable female housemate to join us in renting a house around the Rockingham area ASAP.
Rent will be approximately $200 per week each, plus each person’s share of utilities and other household expenses (everything split equally between the three of us).
A little about us:
• I’m 22 and work two jobs in the pet care industry.
• My friend is 19 and also works in the pet care industry and may soon be starting full-time work.
• We are both fairly quiet, respectful and responsible.
I also have an almost 7-year-old American Staffy who will be living with us, so you would need to be comfortable living with dogs.
We are looking for someone who is:
• Reliable with rent and bills
• Clean and respectful
• Easy-going and drama-free
• Looking for a long-term rental
