Hi I’m Linda! Im looking for a private room to rent for minimum 6months. Open to most suburbs as long as it is within 30mins drive to city. My budget at this stage is $200-250 per week. May consider higher for the right place.

Ideally i am looking for a place with all female tenants only and preferably a private bathroom if possible, but happy to share with one other tenant.

I am a tidy person, easy going, and respectful of shared spaces. I do enjoy my own personal space but always happy to have a chat :)

I am currently transitioning to a new full time Mon-Fri role in the city starting on the 20th of July but I may occasionally work from home 2-3 days per week. I do also have hobbies and gym so most evenings I’ll most likely be out of the house.
