I am looking for long term accommodation. I was renting a granny for 7 years but was evicted due to the owner selling the property, I can provide a reference from the owner attesting to my excellent tenancy and rent was always paid on time and often before it was due.
I am currently living with a friend short term who is just about to get married and they now need their own space and intend on starting a family soon, so I feel I am intruding, and I can also provide a further reference from this tenancy.
I am very down to earth, easy going and not looking for a party house. I am very quiet and respectful and you wouldnt even know I was there, ultimately I am requiring long term accommodation.
I like to interact, have a chat over a coffee, but also like my own space and privacy and respect others privacy and down time as well.
I also have Wifi Foxtel, Disney and Prime and am happy to share access if so wanted.
I love to cook and tend to cook for an army, so if there is more than enough you are more than welcome to join me for a meal.
I absolutely DO NOT do drugs and am not a big or excessive drinker per say, but I dont mind the odd social drink at a bbq or over a meal, other than that I generally just have a drink to celebrate the coming in of the new year.
I have a great personality, quick witted and love a good laugh, I can me immature at times but in a good very down to earth way. I am currently unemployed due to neck and back surgery some years ago, but I am actively looking at returning to work.
