My girlfriend and I (JIWON & SUBIN) are very interested in your property. We are looking for an entire place (a studio or 1-bedroom apartment) for ourselves.

We are currently on a Working Holiday visa, planning to stay in Sydney for 3 months ~ 1 year]. We are both very clean, quiet, and responsible, with reliable savings and stable income plans, so paying rent on time will never be an issue. We don't smoke, don't have pets, and treat our living space with great care.

If the place is still available, we would love to arrange an inspection at your earliest convenience. We are ready to apply and provide any necessary documents right away.

I’d prefer a location in or around Sydney city—somewhere with good transport links to the city center. North Sydney sounds great, too!
