I’m a 30-year-old guy currently working in construction as a casual through an agency. My work is very physical and the hours can be long, so my main priority is finding a quiet, stable, and peaceful place to come back to at the end of the day.

During the week, my routine is pretty straightforward. After work, I like to hit the gym or go for a walk to get my steps in.

What I bring to the house:

Reliability: Even though I'm casual, I work hard, have steady income, and always make sure rent and bills are paid on time.

Cleanliness: I always clean up after myself, especially in the kitchen and bathroom, and respect shared spaces.

Zero drama: I’m easy-going and friendly, but I’m not looking for a party house. I just want a comfortable environment where everyone respects each other's downtime.

What I’m looking for:

A clean, relaxed house with friendly flatmates.

Off-street parking for my vehicle.

Good, stable internet (NBN FTTP is a huge bonus for my studying
