Seeking 1-2 bedroom house or self-contained home close to nature, or all-female share house, with own ensuite.

Teacher, currently working in administration and classically trained musician. No dependents or pets. Non-drinker, non-smoker, clean and very respectful of space and privacy. I value clear communication, a healthy lifestyle, and I pay rent on time.

Home is my place to rest and restore. My work days are full, so I enjoy a calm, introspective environment in the evenings.
