I’m 33 and work full-time in the mining and rail industry, so my weekdays are pretty structured, but outside of work I’m all about good food, live music, road trips and finding new places to explore. I have a Border Collie named Koa who’s convinced he’s turning me into a runner, I’m still negotiating that one.

I love homes with personality. I’d take character, warmth and a lived-in feel over a showroom any day. I’m tidy without being obsessive, respectful of shared spaces, and believe home should be somewhere everyone feels comfortable to relax.

As for housemates, I’m not fussed whether you’re male or female. I’m just looking for good people who are easy to get along with. A house where everyone can have a laugh, throw a bit of banter around, respect each other’s space and communicate openly is exactly what I’m after. Life’s too short for drama, so I’d take honesty, kindness and good vibes over anything else.
