I am Korean, raised in NZ. Will be relocating to Sydney soon around late August / Sept 26.
I am very clean and respectful as I have hosted flatmates before.
I treat the home like my own, always cleaning after myself, and respecting other people’s personal space.
I have a stable full time job, so rental payment delays etc will never occur.
I don’t party or live that life. Like to have fun but also like to keep quiet with work.
I hope to find a place with working professionals, clean and respectful flatmates. Number of people must match the number of rooms.
