We are a small, respectful family of three looking for a clean and comfortable apartment or unit from the first week of August. We are a working couple with our 6-year-old son.

We are non-smokers, responsible tenants, and always keep our home clean and tidy. We enjoy cooking non-vegetarian food, so we are looking for a place where non-veg cooking is allowed. We respect others’ privacy, pay rent on time, and take good care of the property.

Preferred locations: Parramatta, Harris Park, Westmead, or nearby suburbs. We are happy to provide rental history and references upon request.
