Hello.
I'm looking for 1 or 2 people to rent a nice, modern clean apartment with me at Newstead, Fortitude Valley, New Farm (maybe city). Ideally looking for 2 en suites apartment & 2 parking spaces (I need 1 parking space and 1 en suite).
Not worried much about expenses, but more interest in sharing a place with happy & social people, who wish to share friends and weekend activities. Ideally people that like to dance and is involved with Bachata, Salsa or Zouk.
A little bit about myself: engineer, usually working 6:30AM-5PM Mon-Fri. I enjoy short one day trips, specially if I can explore places with my e-unicycle and hiking to take photos at nice lookouts, drone footage, etc.
For a shared apartment ranging $750-$1400. If just one en suite, I'm willing to pay 60% of the total for it. That's the rent cost only. Water and energy 50/50.
I have almost everything in terms of furniture and I'd be happy to share couch, tv, dinner table, cutlery, a few of my pans, air frier, etc. You only need to bring a bed.
