Hi, I’m Emme. I’m 31 and currently living in NSW, but I’m planning to relocate to the Sunshine Coast around late November/early December and am hoping to find either a great team-up or my own place.

I work full-time from home, so having a comfortable, relaxed home is important to me. Outside of work, you’ll usually find me at the gym, walking along the beach, grabbing a coffee, reading, travelling, or out exploring somewhere new. I’m definitely an early morning person and love a good sunrise.

I’m pretty easygoing, clean and respectful of shared spaces. I’m social but also value downtime, so I’d love a home where we can get along while still having our own space.

For a team-up, I’m hoping to find someone with a similar lifestyle who’d be keen to rent a spacious place close to the beach. I’ve seen some amazing rentals that would be perfect to split, especially if it means we can both have our own living areas and not feel like we’re on top of each other.

I’ll be visiting the Sunshine Coast in November to check out different areas and rentals, and I’d be looking to move not long after.
