Carmen and Zachary

Hi! We’re Zachary and Carmen, a married couple from California moving to Perth in October 2026.

Carmen will be studying nursing at TAFE North Metropolitan (Joondalup), and Zachary has worked in the Army, firefighting, mechanics, and a few other hands-on jobs. We’re financially prepared and just looking for a comfortable place to settle in.

We’re clean, quiet, and easygoing. We don’t smoke or party, and we’re respectful of shared spaces and other people’s routines. In our free time we like cooking, getting outdoors, and relaxing at home.
