Hi I'm Morry.

I'm a Doctor who moved to the Sunshine Coast to commence work at SCUH earlier in the year. I initially landed a house in Moffat Beach but now my fixed lease is ending I'm looking for something more flexible and less expensive in a quieter area. My fixed property lease ends early September and I am flexible with the move in date I have listed. My work contract ends late January and I am currently applying for jobs next year, some offers might require relocation.

I'm interested in neat and tidy, well designed and well fitted rooms/properties between $300-$450 that are reasonably close (~30 minutes) to SCUH. I value peace, quiet and privacy (a decent elevated view and bath is a huge bonus). I have a house of furniture, most of which can be put into storage. I would prefer to furnish my own room.

I am easy going, clean, mindful, respectful and love a good laugh. I am sociable and have various interests and hobbies. I love the beach and off roading in my Jimny.
