I am looking for a granny flat or one bedroom flat. I don't wish to share. Looking for a long term rental only, roughly within 15 km around/from the edge of the city.
I am non-smoker, quiet and responsible person taking care of of the property I rent as if it was mine.
I have been in the current rental property since 7 years, but the rent increase takes me above my budget. I lived in previous rental place for 18 years before moving from Sydney to Adelaide.
I have very good references.
