Hello!

I'm a Visiting Academic Researcher from Fiji (Indian Citizen), currently working in Civil Engineering. I'll be at the University of Sydney for a five-week research visit and am looking for a clean, comfortable shared accommodation or homestay from 8 August to 12 September.

I'm a quiet, respectful, and responsible professional who values a clean and peaceful living environment. I don't smoke or drink alcohol and spend most of my time working on research, reading, or exploring Sydney during my free time. I enjoy meeting people from different cultures while also respecting everyone's privacy and personal space.

I'm easy to live with, tidy, and considerate of shared spaces. I always pay rent on time, keep common areas clean, and communicate openly if needed. I'm looking for friendly and respectful housemates in a safe and convenient location with good public transport access or walkable to distance to the University of Sydney (Civil Engineering Building J05, NSW, 2006)
