I am Dad but separated. Lived in the area most of my life.
I am easy to get along with and keep to myself though happy to socialise. Running a household is no problem so I am tidy and organised. I do not smoke or drink and would prefer flat mates that not do either.
I don't have any pets though if you have a dog that is fine. They seem to love me.
I work for myself in design and manufacturing and rock climb on a regular basis for fun.
