Hey all,

I'm looking for a room, granny flat or self-contained lower ground floor to rent in Nightcliff, Rapid Creek, or surrounding areas.

I have to be out of my current place on the 25th August, so any time before then would be great. A longer term unfurnished rental would be ideal, but not essential.

I'm easygoing, friendly and try not to take life too seriously. Love a good chat and laugh, but also respect privacy and personal space. Always clean up after myself and try to be as considerate a housemate as possible.

Work full time, pretty good in the garden and have some DIY skills... currently into making furniture.
Looking for a friendly, fun and quiet place to call home!
