I actually need two rooms with it's own restroom for me and my friend (female) and definitely at walkable to distance to any railway station. We aren't a couple, so both of us need separate rooms. Both of us don't smoke/drink. I go to office 5 days a week and she goes 3 days a week and most weekends we are out. We keep our rooms clean and prefer the house to be kept tidy.
