Hi! I’m Juan, an Industrial Engineer from Argentina in my late 20s, currently living and working full-time in Brisbane as a Formwork Labourer in the construction industry. I work long days (10–11 hours), so I’m usually out most of the time.

I’m clean, quiet, respectful and easy to get along with. I enjoy keeping shared spaces tidy and I’m always considerate of the people I live with. I don’t smoke and have a stable full-time income..
