Hi! I’m a recent graduate and currently working full-time. I’m clean, quiet and easy to live with. I cook occasionally and sometimes have friends over, but I don’t party or make much noise at home.

I usually keep to myself and really value my own space, so I’m looking for a room with a private bathroom, ideally an ensuite. A separate area/floor would be even better.

I also have a car, so a dedicated off-street parking space is required.
