Hey, I'm Rhett and a Primary School teacher in the Eastern Suburbs. I'd be great to live with as I am fun, social, love to go to the gym and keep fit. But, most importantly I am clean, organised and always pay my bills on time.
Hi, I am looking to start or join a shared house. I am currently on disability pension but looking to get back to work soon. Have the basics for setting up a house (Fridge, Washing Machine, microwave, couch and recliner chairs, dining table, large screen tv etc. If you have similar then we can discuss what gets used/stored. Looking for someone or someone's who are generally quiet, non smokers and no pets. I like the occasional drink, party, BBQ but also like my quiet time. I do have a fairly rigid no drugs stance. Age is not an issue, so if you are older or younger it's not a problem with me. Eastern suburbs is the preferred location but other than that I am fairly flexible If you are interested then feel free to contact me to discuss.
Friendly, positive person, looking to move closer to work (real estate). I like going to gym and socialising with friends. I do have a tiny dog, he's toilet trained and well behaved/get's along with all other animals.
We are looking to share with ideally one other person who is chilled and easy going. We are both Studying full-time and working part-time. Coming from Perth. We also have a small, well behaved dog.
Professional full time (software developer) working in CBD. Seeking a clean quiet room (happy to consider furnished and unfurnished). Expect I will be 3-6 months, but may be longer, especially if the houseshare works out well. Have a small child living elsewhere, so housemates need to be OK with a well behaved child over time to time. I would like a secure garage place to park my car (expecting to pay extra for a room as a result), with the property within 10-15 mins walk to a train station. I'm easy to get along with, will always pay my rent on time, and respect others space. I'm both happy to consider an existing property, as well as team up with other people to rent another property.
Hey everybody, I'm Brad and I have recently moved to Melbourne from New Zealand. I currently work as software support in Glen Waverley and looking for a place either close to work or to the city. I'm a quiet house mate that keeps mostly to myself but I'm always up to hang out or chat about anything (from work to world events).

I am 25 years old female student from Indonesia with Chinese background. I have lived in Melbourne since 2009 (study and work full time), but decided to go back to Indonesia since October last year. Now I am back in Melbourne to study at Swinburne Uni and pursuing my dream as an Early Childhood educator. I'm clean, neat, tidy, and quiet person. Most of the time I'd like to keep myself in the room to catch on with books or series. But I don't mind hanging out to share meals or few drinks once I get to know you more. I do cook once in a while ( not too great but not too shabby either ). I like reading books, playing piano, and watching movies and series. I do like to travel at least once a year, as per say I do enjoy photography. Message me if you have any questions and a room to offer which is close to public transport and easy access to Swinburne Uni.
Hi, I am 23, currently studying Masters of Marketing and working as a store manager for Dodo Connect. I am outgoing, friendly, respectful and like to keep things tidy.I have experience living in a share house, so I know the rules. I m quite into sports, music (blues, jazz), gaming and binge watching netflix shows if I have time. I am quite a sociable housemate but I am also considerate of personal space of other housemates. When I am not too busy I love to go for drinks with couple of friends over the weekend and check out new places around Melbourne. Cheers
Feel free to SMS me for a quicker response I appreciate the importance of a calm, stress free home. Usually I am either at university (La Trobe), at work (Chirnside Park) or the gym so when I do have a moment to myself I like to read a book, surf the internet and just generally chill out. Bit of a night owl and a massive caffeine addict but I'd describe myself as more the reserved, quiet type. That doesn't mean I am not up for a occasional chat and shared meal over a British drama or horror movie though. * Discounts at Woolworths Limited companies
A bit about us BELINDA I work as a part time/casual travelling salesperson, I also do pet sitting. I come with a cat, indoor/outdoor, 100% litter trained, friendly and docile, and two little guinea pigs who are outdoor in the one cage, neither have to come with me if you don't want pets in the house, they do have somewhere they can go MATT Currently looking for full time work, but has a fortnightly payment so he can pay rent and bills. Smoker, smokes outdoors or off the property as respect to non smokers, also trying to quit. Ideally we'd like somewhere long term, but we can do short term. Our budget is $100-150 a week not including bills, or $150-200 a week including bills. That would be between the two of us, not each. We're quiet but like to be social too. Like having communal dinners and such, but respect peoples privacy and wishes. Neat and tidy, happy to help with household chores, inside and outside. Will come with all bedroom furniture (except a bed base so if a queen bed base is available we'd like to take it) and a couple of things for the kitchen too. If you have a room that you think would suit us then please let me know!
Hi, My name is Laura. I will soon start my bachelor of education at Swinburne and I would like to find a cosy place to stay. I am respectful of others and I like to keep things tidy. I don't smoke or really drink alcohol. It would be great to find a cosy place where flatmates can share a meal or drinks sometimes.
Hi! I'm Ashlyn, I'm a 22yo law student at Monash and I work part-time in a Ringwood pub. I'm looking for a place to move as my current landlord is selling the property. I would like somewhere between Clayton and Ringwood, as these are the suburbs I travel between for work/uni. My budget is up to $180 including bills. I have a queen bed and a desk which the room would need to accomodate, so realistically the room must be at least 3m x 3m. I also have a couple of cool gadgets to bring, including a high quality blender, rice cooker and slow cooker. As I am generally pretty busy with work/uni, I don't have much spare time outside of sleep, however I also enjoy healthy eating & fitness, netflix, reading and nature. I like to have housemates who are friendly, down to hang out sometimes, but also respect having alone time. I am generally a tidy person, particularly in common areas as I think this is a big sign of respect. I prefer to clean things as I use them (dishes/bench tops etc), and use a rotating roster for vacuuming, mopping etc. Pets: As much as I love them, I am allergic to cats so can't live with any. I also love dogs, and can live with them happily. I do have a small reptile (named Koda) who lives in a tank on my desk, however if this is going to be a deal breaker I may be able to organise for him to live at my parents'. My current lease ends on Sept 25, so I am looking to move in early-mid September, however late August may be suitable for the right place. Ideally, I would be joining a pre-existing lease, as I am heading overseas on exchange in February and as such only require a 4-6 month stay. If I sound like a suitable candidate, message me here (please no texts/calls for first contact) and we can go from there!
