Hey all, I'm looking for someone to team up with to find a rental together in Greenvale or close by (location is a must due to CFA commitments.)

About me:
• Support worker by day, studying dual nursing/paramedicine in Ballarat 2 days a week
• CFA volunteer firefighter, so you may see me randomly sprint out of the house from time to time
• Quiet-ish homebody most of my downtime goes into studying, aerial trapeze/working out, or some random craft project with a TV show on in the background
• Respectful, responsible, and easy to live with

My pets:
• I have 2 indoor-only cats. They're affectionate and easygoing, get along great with other cats and with dogs who are cat-savvy
• Important: my cats are FIV+. This only spreads through deep bite wounds (not general contact or sharing water), however if you have a cat/desire one, this would need to be considered.

What I'm looking for:
• Someone easygoing, clean, and respectful of shared space
• Comfortable living with cats
• Understanding of an odd-ish schedule between work, study trips to Ballarat, and CFA callouts

House:
• Greenvale or surrounding suburbs (non-negotiable due to CFA response times)
• Open to house or townhouse, happy to inspect places together
• Budget flexible depending on the place
