Hey! I’m Kat 👋

I moved up to Townsville from Melbourne about seven weeks ago after taking a full-time role with the Cowboys 🏉 🩶💛💙 — which does come with the occasional free tickets to games, so that’s a pretty decent housemate perk 😂

I’m single, work full-time and have my own car, so off-street parking would be ideal. If I’m sharing, I’m looking for a place that actually feels like home and people with a good vibe. I don’t want to feel like I have to tiptoe around the house or hide in my room all the time — happy to have a chat, share a drink or two on the weekend, play some music and have a laugh.

I’m also really good at cooking and I love it, so you’ll definitely get the occasional bonus meal if you’re lucky 😄

During the week I’m pretty cruisy and usually just doing the work/home routine. I’m clean and respectful, do my share around the house and definitely clean up after myself. I’m social but also completely respect everyone having their own space and downtime.

I’d love somewhere furnished, and a pool would be an absolute bonus in the Townsville heat! ☀️🌴

Overall, I’m pretty easygoing, fun and looking for a comfortable home with good people, good energy and no unnecessary drama. 😊
