Hi everyone! I'm Steph, 34, originally from the UK and currently living and working in Sydney.

I'm looking for a **self-contained studio, granny flat or small one-bedroom** around Freshwater, Manly, Queenscliff, North Manly or nearby.

I'm a professional nanny working for a lovely family in Sydney, with stable income and excellent references. I'm clean, respectful and really value having a peaceful, well-looked-after home.

Outside of work I'm into wellbeing, the beach, ocean swims, walking, fitness and all things personal development/spirituality. I'm friendly and social, but home is very much somewhere I like to relax and recharge.
