Hello,

I am a single mum of a thirteen year old son and we are both respectful and responsible tenants. We are currently looking for secure, stable and comfortable accommodation, ideally a granny flat, separate living, or at least a private bathroom. Am open to the possibility of a team-up. I have an excellent rental record and can provide references and a recommendation from my current landlord who is unfortunately selling.

I work full-time in aged care and disability support roles and am away a couple of nights a week. And I have a great and peaceful co-parenting arrangement with my son's father, so there's no dramas there. I am friendly and value good communication but am respectful of privacy.
