Hi! I’m a 30-year-old Argentinian looking for a long-term home in Launceston, as I’ve got a full-time position as a restaurant manager in the city centre.
I’ve lived and worked overseas for the past three years, including in Denmark and Japan, and I’ve always shared houses with people from different countries and backgrounds. I’ve also travelled extensively as a backpacker and stayed in many hostels, so I’m very comfortable sharing spaces and adapting to different people and environments.
I’m clean, tidy and respectful of shared spaces, and I understand how important good communication and consideration are when living with others. I’m a non-smoker, rarely drink, and I’m not really into partying — I’m generally quiet and enjoy a relaxed home environment.
I speak Spanish, English, Italian and Portuguese, and I really enjoy meeting people from different backgrounds and learning about other cultures with curiosity and respect.
Outside of work, I enjoy travelling, walking, exploring new places and staying active. One of the reasons I’ve chosen Launceston as my base is to explore Tasmania and make the most of the outdoors.
As a flatmate, I’m easy-going and responsible. I love cooking, especially for others, and enjoy sharing meals and good moments, while also understanding the importance of privacy and personal space. I’m always happy to contribute to keeping the house clean, comfortable and welcoming for everyone.
Hopefully we’ll have the chance to meet and see if we’d be a good fit as flatmates!
