Hello! I'm a 27F orthopaedic doctor working on the Gold Coast currently, will be moving to Cairns to work as a surgeon in early February. I am hoping to move by late January, looking for a longer-term rental in a safe, non flooding neighbourhood within reasonable driving distance to the hospital.

I’ll be living with my elderly family dog Phoenix, a 10yo German Shepherd who is well trained, desexed, fully vaccinated and registered. She has never damaged property and has regular vet care and pet insurance. I’m a nonsmoker, quiet, very clean and take excellent care of my home.
