Looking for:
• Move in mid to end of September

• Ideally Scarborough, but also open to Trigg, Karrinyup, City Beach, North Beach, Duncraig, Carine or Innaloo
• Looking for somewhere I can settle into for at least a year

I’ve been renting/sharehousing for 10+ years, mainly around Scarborough, so I’m very familiar with the whole housemate life. Happy to provide rental, professional or personal references if needed.

I’d say I’m pretty easygoing, positive and social. I love being outdoors, going to the gym, beach walks, coffees with friends, hikes, cycling, sauna and generally making the most of the sunshine. I’m also a big fan of farmers markets and cooking delicious food!

As a housemate I’m tidy, respectful and considerate, and I’m good with communication. I like having a semi social house and getting along with the people I live with, but I’m also happy doing my own thing and having some quiet time.

I work part-time (4 days a week) as a youth worker for local government. And studying full time at ECU.

Ideally I’d love to stay around Scarborough as most of my usual spots are here and I love the beach lifestyle.
