I'm new to flatmates. If youre ok with an older, responsible soul in your household for a short-ish term, then that's great.
Some background - I've worked many years then had some medical hurdles and making progress. In the meantime that currently has me doing a volunteer job as an over-55's person. So I do weekly shifts. I do need to be close to buses and train to get to my shifts near South Brisbane (a car is possibly in the pipeline). On other days I'm doing a lot of cleaning out of my stuff in storage.
I'm a quiet soul, early to bed, early to rise. I have travelled and do like learning about natural remedies and cooking ideas of other cultures. Enjoy the outdoors. That said, Im not a big chatter and do like my own space and downtime.
I recently moved out of a room in Brisbane, hoping for the sea breeze in the Goldcoast, if possible. Otherwise the Logan area or Brisbane Southside.
Normally I have my own lease. This time I prefer a shorter stay, where possible, as I have a possible future plan in view.
Ideally I would prefer a household where we pay for cleaning for the common areas.
