Hi! I'm Rain (they/them). I'm originally from the USA, and I moved to Perth in January to do my Master's degree in environmental science at Curtin. It's basically a full-time job for me, and I'll be in the field on and off through April of 2027, so there will be a few times that I'm out of the house for a week or two.
I'm looking for a long-term (my degree should end in early 2028, and I'd like to stay in one place until then) room in a house with relatively quiet, laid-back people. I'd like an easy bus/train commute to uni and I'd rather not share a bathroom with more than 1 other person. A big kitchen is a plus, since I prefer to cook from home and love to bake! Parking isn't needed, as I don't have a car. The budget I have listed is a little flexible, but not by much - I'd be willing to negotiate for the right place, though!
I'm pretty quiet and clean, and while I might have friends over sometimes, I'm definitely not a party person. I love TTRPGs, musicals, and pets. Though I don't have any pets of my own right now, I'll happily live with a cat, dog, or anything else.
