Hayden and Eneida

Hi there my name is Hayden, 35 female and my partner named eneida also female 35 looking for our first home together my first time but my partner has previous experience renting in Sydney. Who's last landlord would vouch for her 100% we are clean, respectful of our spaces. with no issues paying rent on time right and even sometimes will pay earlier,We have 2 rabbits who are toilet trained and do not smell and would not let them free roam to assure that nothing will be damage I also work from home majority of the time so I keep watch from them and or if any suspicious people hanging around the property, I wouldn't hesitate to call the landlord/law enforcement to keep the building secure and try to remain the place is the same or better than I entered it in.
Neither of us drink,smoke or do any drugs..no children, no parties and very minium visitors..if any to be 90% to be honest with you. Also
My jobs are support worker for the disabled or age care,uber on the side and creating a streaming career..and my partner is a professional cleaner we are just 2 quiet people who tend to spend time indoors majority of the time as we don't go out go clubbing..and I don't go clubbing at all. Just 2 quiet people looking for our own space to call home temporarily and possible extention on renting if all goes well.
