Hi I’m Kirk! I’m 28 and looking for a long-term place to live in Manly/Fairlight or nearby. I am looking to move on October 3. My budget is $300-400 per week and a furnished spot would be ideal (not a dealbreaker though).

Recently moved from the US! I worked in healthcare finance and am working as a tennis coach in Balgowlah. Hoping to stay here for a while :)

I love the beach, playing tennis, most sports, live music, and really anything outdoors. I’m clean and organized, and I also love to make friends and have a good hang.
